Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our kitchen and furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role involves working closely with the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Coordinate and manage the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
2) Prepare and maintain sales reports, data, and related documents.
3) Create sales equations and proposals based on client requirements.
4) Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues promptly.
5) Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
6) Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
7) Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels.
8) Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate records of all sales transactions.
9) Support the sales team in preparing presentations, quotes, and other sales documents.
10) Handle any administrative tasks related to sales operations.
